Hi Folks, my name is Johan and I'm Dutch.
Over the last 38 years I have been having a lot of fun teaching at the Linge College in Tiel.

At this school I also set up the Cambridge English Course and developed it into a full-fledged department. As an English teacher, I have organised school trips to England and Scotland for many years. I was also an author at Noordhoff Groningen in the team Stepping Stones VWO 3rd edition.
Furthermore, over the last 40 years, together with my wife, I travelled through about 75 countries. Other hobbies are reading, motorcycling, playing squash and gardening. Recently we have been blessed with two grandchildren so now and then I look after them. Great fun!
I have been retired for a couple of years, but I really missed the contact with pupils. Currently I teach the A1,A2 and B1 courses in Lelystad. Very enjoyable and inspiring. I hope to get acquainted with you soon for one of the talkingEnglish courses.
